Hallelujah! Singing as part of a choir may bestow more than just a feelgood factor.
Singing can help to reduce the stress of everyday life and it introduces you to new friends.
Scientists investigating the effects of music on our well-being have found the calming effects of collective singing are as beneficial to a person's health as yoga.
Group singing is cheaper than therapy, healthier than drinking, and more fun than working out. It is the one thing in life where feeling better is pretty much guaranteed. There is something magical and transformative about singing in a choir.
Come and join us.
